Golf a la Carte:Volume Three-New England is being planned for
publication in time for the holidays (2013).
From Boston to Burlington, from Providence to Paris, Maine of course, the editors are searching for those recipes that will showcase both the cuisine of New England and the fine chefs who prepare the dishes. We encourage chefs in this throughout the region to send us their 'signature' recipes as soon as possible to be included in this volume. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS: November 30, 2012! |
