More great recipes from the inventive kitchens of country club chefs. Golf a la Carte: Volume Two, The Pacific Coast is scheduled for publication in 2012. Stretching from Southern California to the wild coasts of the Pacific Northwest to the islands of Hawaii, these areas are rich in both great golf clubs and a love for fine cuisine.

Our editors are busy collecting the best recipes from the finest clubs in the region and are testing some of the tasty dishes this group of chefs are submitting.

We encourage chefs in this part of the country to send us their "signature" recipes as soon as possible to be included in this volume.
